Directions For Use

Tinea Pedis:Tinea Pedis is a fungal skin infection commonly caused by a type of fungi which includes T. pedis (athlete). It affects children and teenagers as well as children with tinea cruris (jock itch) and tinea corporis (jock fungus). These conditions usually go away on their own within a week - no need for treatment - with great comfort in the days to come. T. pedis usually gets better within 2 months of stopping the treatment. The fungi that cause tinea cruris usually survive - the cause of these jock itch tinea cruris is unknown - but the treatment may kill them. cruris may be easily treatreduced to�t when tinea cruris is actively removed. The treatment should be used under strict medical supervision.

Jock Fungal Infection:Tinea cruris can occur even after the treatment has started. Jock itch tinea cruris, known commonly as tinea cruris meningitis, usually goes away within a week - it is now normal to have a week or two off off of your normal activities.

Systematic Study of Tinea Corporisof a group of children who were treated with terbinafine (Lamisil) in combination with terbinafine (Lamisil) for a few weeks found that the treatment led to a reduction in clinical symptoms. Moreover, treatment led to a reduction in the incidence of tinea corporis. This is the first study of its kind to to show that terbinafine (Lamisil) is a useful treatment for tinea corporis - in children suffering from tinea pedis.

Study was part of a larger clinical study conducted in the UK and part of the wider tinea cruris treatment programme is being conducted at King's and Dorset schools, supported by the Department of Education.A separate study was carried out in the UK in collaboration with the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NIH). The UK study was part of a clinical study programme led by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). The focus of the UK study was tinea pedis. Terbinafine (Lamisil) is an anti - fungal medicine that is usually used to treat jock itch tinea cruris - tinea corporis. It is thought that the daily treatment would also help to control these fungi.

The UK study enrolled 3,928 children - children (aged 6 - 17 years - with tinea pedis - between 6 and 12 years - -)* who had tinea cruris - diagnosed using the Clinical Global Impressions - Clinical Practice Research Database - (CPG) question 3. Terbinafine (Lamisil) was also used to treat jock itch tinea cruris in these children. It is thought that terbinafine (Lamisil) may be useful for treating jock itch tinea cruris in these children.

This is the largest clinical study of Terbinafine (Lamisil) treatment in tinea pedis - it was carried out in children suffering from tinea pedis treated with terbinafine (Lamisil) for a few weeks.
